We want you to be pleased with your purchase. So, once you receive your Laxwear apparel, if you are not satisfied, return the item for a full refund, or exchange it for something else. Your choice. This no excuses, no fault return policy is good for the first 30 days after you receive the garment. Email us at bill@laxwear.com or call us toll free at 877-389-3897, and tell us what you would like to do.
THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE NO EXCUSES RETURN POLICY ARE:
1. If a school or team name or logo has also been embroidered on the garment, or if the garment has been otherwise personalized with a name and/or jersey number, or with another word or phrase.
2. All sandals. In these instances, returns for refund or exchange are ONLY permitted if there is a defect in materials or manufacturing.
We carefully inspect each garment before it is sent to you. Please measure size and order correctly. If you are personalizing the item and have a question about size, call us. We’ll help you decide the correct size.
Ordering the wrong size or ordering the wrong color combination for garments that have been personalized are not valid reasons to return these items. Returns for these reasons are solely at Laxwear’s discretion.
